This policy applies to the RenewalNote website. RenewalNote is an independently developed mobile product that is not yet publicly available. When the app launches, this policy will be extended to cover it, and the changes will be described before you are asked to enter any data.
Nothing. This website has no forms of any kind. There is no signup, no mailing list, no contact form, no account, and no database behind the site. Nothing you do here is stored and nothing is sent anywhere.
The pages are served as static files. Our hosting provider processes ordinary server request information, including your IP address, in order to deliver them, as any web server must. We do not collect, read, or retain that information.
RenewalNote has no bank integration. There is nothing to authorise and nothing to revoke, because the connection does not exist.
Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: to reply to you. There is no marketing list to add them to.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or unnamed partners. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers purely so the service can function, and they act on our instructions.
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation.
A pre-launch waitlist previously collected email addresses. It was withdrawn on 14 September 2026 and the form no longer exists. Any address still held from it will be deleted rather than retained or transferred, and can be removed on request in the meantime.
These rights exist whenever an organisation holds your personal data. We hold none, so there is nothing here to confirm, correct or delete, and nothing to request.
That changes when the app launches. At that point this policy will be extended to cover it, a route for making such a request will be published, and the change will be described before you are asked to enter any data.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner. If we add analytics, it will be a cookieless, privacy-respecting tool that counts page views without building a profile of individual visitors, and this section will be updated to name it.
We use the security controls provided by our hosting and database providers, including access controls that restrict what the website can read and write. We are deliberately not claiming a specific encryption standard or security certification, because we hold none and would rather say so than imply otherwise.
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes materially before launch, we will update the date at the top and describe what changed. There is no mailing list to announce it to, so the dated entry is the record.
This site has no contact form, because it collects nothing and therefore has nothing to receive. A contact route will be published alongside the app. Until then there is no way to reach us through this website, which is stated plainly here rather than left for you to discover.
