These terms cover this website and the pre-launch waitlist. Separate terms will apply to the app when it launches.
RenewalNote is a reminder tool for subscriptions, free trials, and renewals that you record yourself. It is not a financial service, a budgeting service, a bill negotiation service, or a subscription cancellation service, and nothing on this site should be read as financial advice.
Reminders depend on your device, its operating system, the notification permissions you grant, and your battery settings. No application can guarantee that a notification will be delivered at a particular time, or at all, and we do not claim otherwise. For renewals that matter financially, we recommend keeping an independent reminder as well. You remain responsible for your own subscriptions and for cancelling them.
RenewalNote works only from information you enter. Dates, amounts, and totals shown in the app reflect what you typed, not your actual charges, and the app has no way to verify them.
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not oblige you to anything, and does not guarantee access to the beta. Pricing, features, and availability described on this site are current intentions and may change before launch. If they change materially, we will say so rather than quietly editing the page.
Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, submit automated or fraudulent form entries, or use it to send unlawful content. Rate limits and basic anti-spam measures are applied to the forms.
This is a pre-launch website for a product in development. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and pages may change substantially as the product takes shape.
To the extent permitted by law, RenewalNote is provided as-is. We are not liable for charges you incur, subscriptions that renew, or reminders that are delayed or not delivered. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
